Conclusion
The researchers concluded that the Palagsing can be a money earning venture of the constituent of Brgy. Banza, Butuan City. It is a delicacy that can be served in any occasions such as wedding, birthday parties and even for social gatherings. A delicacy that we should be proud of by promoting to other places. Palagsing is considered as an ancient food.
Recommendations
The researchers recommend that the Palagsing Makers should be given more attention from the government by creating a livelihood program. The members were all the palagsing maker. As per our observation the preparation in making palagsing is very tedious. They sell it at a minimal cost 5 pcs at 10.00 pesos. Only 2 - 3 times a week they can sell the palagsing . Since it defends also the availability of the unaw. Based on the interviewed with the 3 palagsing makers their living is in poverty line.
